Covid-19 advisory

We all play a part in supporting safe travel and we want our guests to be able to stay with confidence. Our number one priority is your health, safety and well-being. We closely monitor developments around the world and are in contact with global organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and relevant authorities for country-specific requirements, to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable. 

Travelers should review their travel plans and plan accordingly for any travel based on the requirements of your destination. Your travel destination may be subject to state or local laws that require isolation or quarantine upon entry, or other mandates such as wearing a face covering while in public spaces. Ensure that you review any requirements prior to travel. 

The preventive measures that our staff continue to handle due to COVID 19 

• Permanent campaign of personal hygiene (hand washing). 

• Constant disinfection of surfaces with frequent contact (counters, buttons, knobs, locks, tables, handrails, etc.). 

• Placement of gel dispensers with high alcohol content in different parts of the property (bathrooms, ground floor entrance to elevators, reception). 

• Our kitchens have washing and disinfection equipment for both crockery and plate and food for room services. 

• All our whites used in rooms are processed with the appropriate chemicals; ensuring cleanliness in its entirety. 

• Gloves and face masks will be used when handling food and cleaning our rooms as common areas
